People with hearts are respectful of others. This is true in or out of business. Respectful. Thoughtful. Caring. This is why so many of us hate ‘selling,’ hate to think of having to be ‘pushy.’ It’s what keeps many people from going into business, and what keeps many more struggling once they are in.
For those struggling, they may not have realized that there are moments when being thoughtful and caring actually means you should be ‘pushy,’ so to speak. It’s the difference between leaving someone hanging on the edge of a cliff, or providing a bridge across the chasm.
