Jason Stein and Yollana Shore, our two star practitioners, were talking about their clients, and Yollana asked Jason to talk about “dad” energy.
The result is this short video, which I loved. Take a look:
Watch the video, and let us know how you bring what Jason’s talking about, whatever you call it, into your business?
p.s. Needing some hands-on help?
Sometimes a course or group program just isn’t quite the right thing. Sometimes you want something very custom, with the focus totally on you and your business, on your timeline, your agenda, you.
Yollana Shore and Jason Stein have years of experience as healers and coaches, and have chalked up tremendous successes with their clients. And they are official Heart of Business practitioners, steeped in our approach. To learn more about working with one of them, visit:

Hey Jason – nice way of describing the ability to complete projects. Never thought of it like that.
What I picked up on in your vid was your use of the word “gentle”. Don’t often hear that in a business context. The world would be a better place if we did …
Blessings for your UK conference. I can’t get there but if you decided to mosey across to Bristol I’d be happy to meet up for a cuppa (it’s across the other side of the country but in ye olde England that’s only a hundred miles or so – not quite the scale of the US! π ).
with kindness,
Leo
Hey Jason! Good to SEE you on video…as opposed to voice only via our past coaching calls!
First, your kids are adorable. (Of course!)
Second, your thoughts @ daddy energy stayed with me… As we’ve discussed, I have ALOT of Daddy energy -yang ‘stuff’ – going on in my natural vibe. So, what’s interesting for me, is that focusing on the softer, more let it flow and be easy and less time pressured, gentle side, has been most important for me.
Before, “when Daddy was dominating…” I got stuff done. But it wasn’t always in grace or ease. I was ‘known for’ moving fast, checking it off, and reporting in to say, DONE! (“Wow, she gets things done!!” is what people would say all around me…)
So for me, my biggest challenge has been to loosen up on the checklist and balance-out my energy so that I create “stuff” in alignment, low resistance, in ease. (YING energy) Which is why I want this business and creation anyway, to be MORE connected to Life… more balanced @ ying and yang.
This balance is always unfolding for me, and probably for all of us. You explain it so well by giving “it” real-life names and real-life examples.
Appreciate your talent and sincere interest in expanding these concepts to make them more real to all of us! Thank you!!
All the Best,
Suzie
Yay for Dad energy! Your post reminded me of a time when I felt completely snowed under with my workload. So having decided just to start with the first thing that I could complete, I soon found myself in the swing of a steady, one thing at a time energy. Then I noticed a little ditty that had popped into my mind and was acting as the mental soundtrack to my work. Guess what it was?
“It’s a Dad that gets things done, It’s a Dad that gets things done, It’s a Dad, it’s a Dad, It’s a Dad, It’s a Dad, It’s a DAD that gets things DONE! ”

@Leo thanks for the comment. I often use the words, “gentle firmness” when talking about creating accountability that works for a small biz person. Without both it just because too hard or too soft to keep forward movement.
@Suzie – Great to see you here my friend. I love the Daddy Dominating comment. It’s one I’m guessing many, many of us resonate with. The beauty of Wake Up Eager is it is embodying both the Yin and the Yang.
@Jacky – Like the ditty, not that it’s just is true that Mom’s get things done. The beauty is that we both have Dad and Mom in us and we can find that sweet balance that keeps us open and creating ideas into action.
@dipesh Not sure where you are getting the video was about dad’s money? Glad you feel good though π
One should start/establish a business on his/her own and Not by Dad’s money π but yes, moral support from parents is important!
great video, its good advice starting something we kinow we can complete, that way it gives us confidence to move onto the more difficult stuff feeling more confident than before
@ Alex so true. It’s always better to start small and get to completion than attempt big huge projects that never get launched.
Just wanted to tell you I really found this post interesting and I
Is there any way to access the page you made for promoting the March 29 London event? I didn’t get to watch the video all the way through and I really wanted to finish it. When I go to that page: http://heartofbusiness.com/training-programs/london-event/ it comes up page not found.
thanks in advance for your help.
Thanks for sharing nice stuff. I have visited it which is really useful for me. I got best things from there. Keep it up.
