For spiritual business owners who need their businesses to support them financially.
Trying to make it work can push you into painful territory.
Money, marketing and so much of business can feel mystifying, and lots of what you learn out there feels gross.
Things like how to speak about your work, how to invite someone to buy, and what the heck do you do when income falls short again?
And, seriously, when we care so much, how do we stop giving more than we have, charging less than we need, and dangerously depleting ourselves just trying to do the right thing?
Despite all of this, we know that...
Despite all of this,
we know that...
Every act of business
can be an act of love.
Hi, I’m Mark Silver, M.Div.
For more than 25 years, my wife Holly, our team and I have helped thousands of small business owners navigate the three areas that transform business from being toxic and harmful, into something beautiful, nourishing and supportive.
The first area is spiritual connection and nourishment.
Because love is available everywhere. Yes, even in business, even if it’s hard to unearth.
The second area is power: individual, collective, and systemic.
Because with a healthier, more conscious relationship to power, we can avoid recreating embedded traumatic patterns, and care for ourselves and those most vulnerable.
The third area is business.
Because trade and commerce have existed as long as humans have been on the planet, and there are so many more nourishing ways to engage in successful business than the narrow and painful examples of capitalism.
Myself, my wife Holly and our team
delight in this work. To guide folks who have big hearts, meaningful gifts, and real care to
support themselves in ways that are nourishing…

It’s something we all need.
It’s something
we all need.
A Wednesday Letter from Mark Silver
“It’s not personal, it’s business.”
These false words have justified centuries of harm.
But business is personal, and I believe it can be a sanctuary: rooted in values, nourishing to the heart, and financially solid.
Every Wednesday I’ll join you in your inbox with guidance and grounding – reminders that you can be beautifully effective in business, without breaking your heart.
