Our star practitioner, Yollana Shore, has been on a deep adventure into the wilds of business, taking on, as a partner, the start-up and revitalization of a resort on an island off Australia.
At the far end of an intense experience that involved a lot of hands on work, including creating/hiring a new staff, and making everything work from scratch, she also recently had a renewing of her awareness of the presence of love. Challenging experiences can do that for us, sometimes, “pop” us out into a new reality.
She recorded this gentle, spiritual “rant” (her word). I encourage you to drink it in. A beautiful transmission.

Thank you Yollana for this beautiful, gentle, moving video. What really resonated with me was the idea of not letting fear come in first – I’m can be very fearful, and that can block everything else out! I really like your suggestion of keeping an open mind and asking what if this is the Divine trying to serve me and others – what a great question. I’ve just started keeping a gratitude diary too, recording three things each night that I want to thank the Universe for, and I’ve noticed that at least one of these is some kind of guidance I’ve received (often in the form of a chance remark or something I hear on the radio or TV). It’s made me realise how the Universe is guiding me all the time, but we need to be open to that, and when we are things can flow in unexpected ways. Thank you again for your lovely words.

As I listened to your sharing of your experience, I was reminded of Mark’s encouragement to “be willing to be surprised” and “Is there room for Love here?” It is hard to remember this in the midst of struggle or suffering, particularly that something good can come out of the struggle or suffering. For me, there is no comprehending such love. I can only recognize that I am stubborn and stiff-necked but “willing to be surprised.”

I appreciate your authentic response. I had a friend who was struggling with what he perceived as “fakeness in everyone around – no real friends”.
He used to tell me about it a lot and I would wonder, how is he ever going to attract real friends when this strong belief (now based on “fact and experience” in his mind) precedes him everywhere he goes.
I finally convinced him to simply suspend all his thoughts and judgments about that for 3 days. Everytime the struggle thought arose, he had to say to himself “good friends are coming to me” – just as a way to contradict the pattern and open his mind to something different.
In exactly three days, he called me in wonder – an old friend from another country had shown up on his doorstep unexpected after 20 years. They spent a few days together and enjoyed catching up, and even went out to dinner with some locals he hadn’t met before with whom he instantly bonded.
It could have been a coincidence.
Or it could have been an example of how Love moves when our strong mindsets are not interfering with its potential…
Perhaps this is an experiment that you would like to try with some particular area of your business…?

Beautiful message, Yollana. So much gratitude for your sharing and presence.
Last night, I took a very, very long evening walk in a new-old home–meandering along rural, mountain-lined roads…then ascending to a favourite spot above the crashing waters of “Give-out Creek.”
The walk gave me a chance, amidst a recent whirlwind of moving and movement, to give myself over to reverent awe at the wisdom of the Universe…and how things unfold in ways I could never–ever–predict or imagine.
I remembered and re-experienced a walk here years ago–my first year–when I was suddenly and seemingly irrationally filled with grief and fear over having to leave. Five years after that moment, the “irrational” fear came to pass. I was forced to leave, heartbroken and thought the Universe had abandoned me.
I eventually came to turn with that loss…and saw it as the only way I would’ve partnered with the Love of my lifetimes.
Now–in an amazingly unpredictable, sudden turn–I am back in my home. Literally, I just found out weeks ago. My entire life has changed…and yet, has really just circled around after picking up so much along the way.
I am absolutely clear that to get here as I am now, there was no other way. The grief and heartbreak were essential. So I bow to the innate wisdom of this path and will hopefully hold fast to the lesson that love is always available…and things are always unfolding in and from there.

It’s so true that sometimes the innate Wisdom of the moment only becomes clear in retrospect… yet with enough experience we can begin to trust that it is always there, even during the difficult times.

Amazing!! I experienced the LOVE in my day after watching this last evening. I teach employability skills classes and after one of my classes I was talking to a fellow about something in the class and he made a sweet comment (can’t remember the words) and kissed me on the shoulder!! (I’m tall, he’s short; I’m old, he’s young). It was so sweet…..
Thank you Yollana, this was SO what I needed right now, in this moment. I am in such a tedious space of feeling in ‘survival’ and scared and in anxiety that all my inner work goes out the window. I forget and I can’t touch that deep place of ‘knowing and love’. And, it’s horrible to be so dis-connected.
Thank you so very much for taking time out to make this video and sharing with us how we can open up in this exact moment and look for the Divine and how It is expressing Itself in our lives even when the mind and my ego is telling me It isn’t here for me. I am going to keep this video because it helps bring back the truth for me of what is actually happening but I am unaware of. Sending you much gratitude for reminding me to stop and look and feel into again what might be possible if I could just sense with my heart in a different way.
