[Video] Owning leadership in your business

Being “the boss” can be really challenging. You probably have values around collaboration, around not hurting others through misuse of power. Absolutely! I support that 100%

And… when you have a business, you probably at least sometimes have people who help you. Web site designer? Bookkeeper? Administrative assistant?

I’m not going to tell you to abandon your values. However, I am going to ask you to have a more honest and clear and appropriate connection with these helpers, and to own your leadership, for very specific reasons.
