Well, we’ve landed in our new home and property, just 15 minutes from where we lived before. It’s a miracle of a place, with a spacious home, workshop and barn, and acres of amazing woodland and pasture.
So, here’s the first “walking in the woods” video I’ve done in a long time. The topic of gifts for clients, ones that miss and ones that don’t, was top of mind because our current realtor gave us a gift that really landed. And our previous realtor didn’t.
No names, no shame. But let’s talk about client gifts.
I should also say that gifts aren’t always necessary. Maybe you don’t give gifts at all, and that’s okay! Just if you are in the gift-giving mode, this video should help you think it through.
