I made a short video to tell you about two things this week. Links to things are below.
One is that I started a TikTok channel. Quite awhile ago, I got on TikTok in my duties as a responsible parent, to watch what my then-tweens and now teens were doing there.
Since then, I’ve been impressed with some of the content I’ve found. I thought it would be good practice to try creating really short videos, to see how concise I could be. I’ve just started, but plan to keep it up for awhile and see what happens.

The second thing is about Ireland.
I’ve been invited by Irish storyteller, peace activist and author Gareth Higgins to co-lead a retreat with him, and his husband Brian, in Ireland.
I’m ridiculously excited and honored and humbled by this invitation, because Gareth has been leading these how to create peace in really divisive conflict retreats for quite some time.
You may know Gareth from the webinar he and I did on How Not To Be Afraid
The retreat we’re leading is called: Becoming a Healing Leader: Your Role with Business & Organizations in a World of Conflict and Cultural Change.
Whether you’re self-employed, have a small team, or play a part in a larger organization. Whether it’s a non-profit, or for-profit thing you’re doing, you are welcome.
