And what else? On handing off tasks…

Today this is a relatively simple “tip,” about delegating/handing off tasks and projects to others.

Even if you stay at the solo level throughout your entire business, and many do, quite happily, there will come a time when you need some support. Not an employee, but perhaps a virtual assistant, or some other very part-time help.

Or, it may be more substantial, like we have, with actual employees.

At any rate, those of us who were not trained to be managers and to delegate have to learn things the long way round. This particular tip I hope is helpful to avoid getting caught doing things yourself at the last minute when you can least deal with it.
