Webinar today. Plus High vs. Low vs. Ethical in pricing

Last week a promotion crossed my desk for business development from someone who shall remain unnamed. The price was, in my estimation, unethically high for what was being offered.

When I posted about it last week on Facebook, the comment section lit up. People really wanted to know.

In today’s video I talk about the false debate between “high” versus “low” pricing. And, it’s an invitation to a webinar this afternoon I’m leading on how to tell whether something is priced ethically, whether you’re buying or selling.

The primary intention is to help people avoid being taken in by way overpriced business coaching and development offers. For over twenty years I’ve heard story after story of people caught in vulnerable moments, and left with huge debt and no real outcome. I get really incensed about this, because dreams are being crushed, people are being harmed.

You can see the video here:

Now, in transparency, we are set to open our Learning Community for new members. And this looks like I had planned it. And it’s a good plan, in some ways. I just want you to know from my heart that I hadn’t not planned to hold this webinar, but this offer, my post, and then response to the post, I was all like, “Yeah, let’s get it out there!”

So, I will be mentioning the Learning Community during the webinar. But, if you’ve been on calls with me, I’m happy to make a clear invitation to an offer, but I don’t spend a huge amount of time on it. It’s mostly teaching and Q&A.

The webinar is this afternoon, Wednesday, February 28, 1 p.m. eastern, and will last about 45 minutes. If you register, you’ll get the recording.

Please share this as widely as you are willing to. I don’t want to see another person spending their retirement or maxing out their credit card on an unethical offer.
