Stop “switching modes” in your business

One of the assignments I will sometimes give clients or members in our Learning Community is to “write a love letter to your clients,” especially when they are trying to write a sales page or other promotional copy.
I do this, because so many people “switch modes.” They are in the love, and in the flow, and deep service when actually working with clients, but when doing other business-related tasks something else happens…
Let’s talk about it.
