I was looking at one of our Learning Community member’s marketing, as they were describing the kinds of clients they didn’t want, who invariably sucked them dry.

Which got us onto the topic of filters in marketing. That’s a fantastic topic, but today I want to talk at a more fundamental level, because some folks are inadvertently using their marketing as a way to push people away, rather than invite them in.

Let’s talk about it.
