I wanted to share something different today. Every week I run an open coaching call in our Learning Community. And, once a month, that coaching call is a 90+ minute coaching clinic on a specific topic.
The kinds of topics I’ve covered include things like Copywriting, Crafting Your Offer, Bringing Out Your Weirdness, Heart-Centered Launches, Quick Cash Generation and so on.
In December, I held a clinic on the topic of Outcomes. I had seen a number of our members struggling with the idea of naming outcomes for their clients.
There’s a tension here. Naming outcomes can seem like it breaks integrity with the healing process, where you can’t really promise a particular outcome.
And, at the same time, if you ignore outcomes, there’s a disconnection that happens with the clients, where they wonder if you care about what they are needing or wanting.
In short, not finding out how to talk about outcomes for your work can really mess with your ability to gain new clients.
Every time I hold a clinic, I always take a little time to frame the issue. For confidentiality reasons, I can’t show the entire video of the clinic with our members’ questions and vulnerability, although the full recording is available to members.
But, I did want to share with you the ten minutes I took to frame this issue, naming some really important aspects, and also sharing about my early time on the Sufi path, which was odd and bizarre… and related to outcomes.
Here it is:

Heart of Business, Inc.
Every act of business can be an act of love.
My book might be a good place to start:
Business Boost March-August, 2026.
There’s this stuck place when business owners get to low-to-mid five figures annually, and it’s hard to get past.
That’s what this Business Boost group is for – to give you the boost to get past it. The outcome is to help you find the internal clarity and implement the strategies needed to finally move your business out of this stuck place, and into real momentum… while listening to your deepest heart.
The group is nearly full… it might already be full, but if you’re drawn, take a look and fill out an application. If there’s space, we’ll have a conversation!
