This is both an exciting and a sad moment in the life of Heart of Business, Inc., because we’re moving beyond using a Virtual Assistant.
Which means two things: we’re hiring an internal team member, and Susan Lucibello, who has been our Virtual Assistant for years and years, has room for a new client or two. (We’ve been using a LOT of her hours.)
This new position is more than “just” an administrative support person, although it includes that role. The Operational Wizard is a core member of our team, and functions at 3 levels.
