We have a map specific to developing micro-sized businesses, including nitty-gritty teachings on all parts. So much in business either is aimed at larger companies, or is mostly inspirational and piecemeal for tiny businesses. This is a complete, 20+ years in development roadmap that allows for creativity, and gives step-by-step how-to's at each turn.

Profound nourishment.

Grounded, accessible spiritual nourishment. The teachings come from an unbroken 1300 year old Sufi lineage, used over the centuries with countless spiritual students. The teachings are powerful, surprising, based in humility, surrender, and love, and they help our clients access sovereignty, strength, and compassion within their business.

Understanding the dysfunction around us.

An understanding of trauma and systemic injustice, including white supremacy, patriarchy and colonialism. This includes a strong critique of the dysfunction in capitalism. So many of us are wanting to presence a healthier way of living, to move us into a much healthier culture. This must include acknowledging the twisted history of our economy and business culture for the last few hundred years.

Diversity is necessary for health.

The joyful acknowledgment that diversity is the foundation of a healthy everything. Just as the natural world requires diversity to be healthy, and our human cultures thrive on a tapestry of many kinds of people celebrating differences, we know that the world of business is not served by creating cookie-cutter businesses. Principles of business development may apply generally, and still allow for the business owner's uniqueness and creativity to shine through.
