Years ago, back in… 2003, was it? I was serving on the board of a nonprofit, when someone who worked at the nonprofit introduced me to a friend of his, and we went out for lunch.
That person was Jason Stein. Heart of Business was still relatively new, and he was on his own entrepreneurial track. We supported each other, as entrepreneurial friends do. Our families spent time together.
Then, in… 2006? I have no head for dates like this, Jason joined Heart of Business as one of our coaches, and a team member. Since then he has weathered the storms of growth and development here at Heart of Business, including some very rough times, and some great times.
The truth is that Jason is an extraordinary human being, and an extraordinary coach. Before he joined Heart of Business, I remember listening, shocked, to hear how his clients were doubling and tripling their revenue. So when he wanted to join our team, I said “Yes, please!” And his track record continued with many of our clients here.
Another truth is that Jason is an experienced business person and healer, and he has his own trails to blaze. When he told me in 2015 that he wanted to transition out and open his own business again, it just felt right. I could feel it in my heart, and I felt so happy for him.
We waited for the new year so that he could be set up for success and the transition could be as smooth as possible. And here it is.
Here’s his farewell video for our readers:
And here’s my public farewell to him:
And here’s Yollana’s farewell to him, who has been with Heart of Business about as long as Jason:
Here’s my recommendation to you. Go to his website and sign up for Jason’s Monday Morning Minute. If you like his style, his approach, his humor, his wisdom, then connect with him directly.
You can find him here:
If you have messages for him, please comment on the blog below. Or you can contact him through his website.
Big love to you, Jason, my friend, and to your whole family.

Jason, I was just appreciating you tonight, as I listened to you on the Heart Centred Networking Call. I found myself relaxing more and more deeply as I listened to you. Thank you for all you have given to us, for your wisdom, your insight, your humour and your generosity. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next.
Lure, Thank you for your kind words. You and I are both excited to see what next brings.
Lure, where do I find this call? The Heart Centred Networking Call? Thank you 🙂
I could feel it coming 🙂
Lots of luck continuing your journey Jason!
All the best,
Inbal
Thank you Inbal. Wishing you well from across the pond.
So much gratitude, Jason, for leading me to the Heart of Business years ago.
I’m sad that, a mere year after I *finally* transitioned from “grateful, curious newsletter subscriber” to “full-on student and community member,” you’re leaving…
And yet, I’m tremendously grateful for receiving your teachings and coaching over this short while (and I continue to benefit from them, through the recordings).
I’m also thrilled for you, in following your heart and taking your next steps. I’ll definitely follow along via the Internets…and maybe see you in person again too, cousin! Family gathering in Colorado sometime? 😉
Dana,
I have thought of you often as I see you posting in the community. Wishing you, your husband, and cats well and who knows a trip to Colorado may be in the future.
Way to go for saying thank you, good-bye, and new hello in style for the whole team. Beautiful transition!
Thank you Emily. I’m so grateful of the way life is unfolding.
These videos for you Jason brought tears to my eyes. I was only on 2 calls with you but really felt how beautiful you are. I am now on your Monday Morning Minute list to be with you and your words. Thank you. Sending over love and friendship.
Daniela,
You and me both. The tears started flowing when I heard Mark’s message. Here’s to the next adventure. Together is Better.
Hi Jason, I wish you well in your business, will check out your new site. Thanks so much for your *vibrant* videos, and for sharing your family with us, those videos always made me laugh. Go well x
Thanks Kate.
There is a way I’m learning that family and business are not separate, but one journey.
Yea, they are, one of my jobs is to do accounts for my son’s business because I couldnt think of anything better than being a part of my kid’s business journey. It makes the hardship of business so much easier when there’s love involved.
