It’s the holidays, and my parents are working like dogs- from the end of US Thanksgiving straight through the Gregorian New Year’s Eve. Because that’s what you do in retail.
I was born in retail, I was raised in retail- my parents’ store was my grandfathers’ before them, and the only reason I’m not in it is this thing called the internet, and a variety of other life path decisions.
