From time to time on this blog I take a stand against the rush, rush, rush of always needing to make everything new. What that means is that this week I want to bring your attention to an article I wrote three years ago.
Because of the nature of life, if you’ve been around for three years, it might be a good reminder. And if you weren’t around here back in August of 2006, this is definitely worth a first read.
Systems are critical to your business. Yet folks who are heart-centered sometimes resist systems as dehumanizing.
Please, please, for the sake of your heart and your business, take a look at this article:
How To Use Systems Without Turning Into a Heartless Zombie
By the way, have I mentioned that we’re spending an entire class in the upcoming Heart of Business Momentum looking at systems? You need to know the who, what, and how of your business, if you don’t want your business to kill you.
I hope you read the article. And I hope you join me for the course.

Great article! I feel like I always need to do more to interact with my audience, but there needs to be work harmony. If all I am doing is answering emails then I’m not helping out the people that need new articles and products.
I’m learning every month to put a more systems in place.
