Mark, you are so right.
When I started my business, I listened to free teleseminars from high-priced “experts.”
So for years I paid $100 a month for an email management system when I was not ready to create enough product or write extensive email campaigns. I feared that a cheaper or free system wouldn’t accommodate my huge list sometime in the future when I become famous. I eventually switched to MailChimp which fully served my needs for free.
Expensive, time-consuming websites are also unnecessary when you are starting out unless you are a website designer. Now there are inexpensive ways to do it yourself. Much better idea!

Guilty as charged. That’s one of the things that has slowed me down–trying to do too much too fast.
Isn’t that interesting, Michelle? (ha! “interesting”!) Going fast is what slows us down… I’ve found that, too.
Thank you for this video. It’s confirming and validating to hear that it’s OK to take our time to reach where we want to reach. It’s still been over one month since I opened my business, and many ideas keep coming up in my mind. But the reality is that I’m still adjusting myself to what I began on all levels. We live in the physical world where our physical resources are limited, and I’m learning patience with my physical limitations while not forgetting my bigger dreams. I trust that if we do our best and at the same time take good care of ourselves, someday we will be able to reach the summits of our dream mountains.
