It can be awkward. I took a little time to unpack this for you, both the challenges, and how you can do it. I end it all with a Sufi teaching story.

For me it has become natural to offer help. I have spent my whole career working within customer service so it is an instinctive reaction to try and help. Strangely though, I do still feel awkward when people try to help me. Thanks for sharing.
