The Better Together and We’re Hiring

I have never been so challenged in business as I have in the work of turning Heart of Business into a company. Not only has it been a steep learning curve in many ways, but it’s been a bit rough and tumble emotionally for all of us.

Our practitioner Jason Stein has a relentless (welcome! and relentless 🙂 ) commitment to clearing any challenges, one of the reasons I’m so happy he’s on our team. He’s got a heart of gold, profound insights and wisdom, and he’s unafraid to speak the truth.

And he’s always willing to bust it up, as he did in the video below.

As usual, I have a few things I want to share before we get to the video. Three quick things.

First- we’re hiring! It’s both sad and exciting. The position is entitled Operational Wizard. Do not reply to this post asking questions- that will prove to us that it’s not the right job for you. Take a look at the details here.

Second- Unveiling the Heart of Your Business will be retired the end of this month. If you want to know why we’re taking my very first book off the shelves, you can read about it here.

If you just want to read about the book/program and maybe grab one of the last copies, click here.

Third- We have our every-other-month Virtual Retreat coming up this Friday. It’s a 24-hour deep-dive into the heart, without needing to travel anywhere (except within yourself.) Everyone in our Community, as well as in our Foundations1: Clients and Money and Foundations2: Expand Your Reach programs is invited to join.

If you haven’t yet, I invite you to take a look at our Community, where you can get coaching as well as spiritual support within your business.

Now, let’s get to the video already!

In today’s video Jason explains what he really means by a slogan he popularized on our team- “Together is better.” When I watched it, I laughed out loud. Twice.

Take a look:

It’s okay to ask for (and get) help. Together really is better. (click to tweet)

What’s one step you can take to embrace “Together is better?”

With love and appreciation,

Mark

  1. That was a funny video. Good reminder as I definitely have a tendency to want to do it all myself. But I love the way you explained the flow that happens as I invest in others to do what I would really rather not do. Thank you for sharing
