Deep Bow to the Virtual Assistants in this World
In the last month or so, I’ve been orienting our new (actually returning my coming in and now needing even more help) virtual assistant, Susan Lucibello of Tia Ribary & Associates, LLC. It’s been a time of great hope for the relief it will bring and the great realization that the relief can only come once the the training is done and the tasks are turned over.
You know what that means. More work before less work. Well, I feel like we turned a corner this week. The light is peeking around my monitor. As a pure sense of relief is beginning to tickle the hairs on my arms, I need to share my joy.
When the time is right, developing a relationship with a good virtual assistant is priceless. I mean someone who is not only impeccable in efficiency and picking up on how your systems work and even making them better, but someone with a positive, caring, wanna-make-a-difference heart. I mean someone who knows how to communicate from a distance and still maintain a genuineness, openness, and ease.
They’re out there. We’ve found someone that fits that role like a peanut butter on a Ritz cracker (sorry, I just went with the first thing that came to my mind. My Nana used to make ’em up for our school lunches when we stayed at her house).
If you are at a point where you just can’t hold it anymore, but you’re no where near able to consider hiring and employee, virtual assistants are the way to go. You can start with a project, a few hours a week, and shift it as you need. You can roll with your finances or workload.
Thank you for sharing my deep gratitude for the help we are getting from Susan. I have a feeling you’ll be seeing more and more her presence showing up in various customer service ways, and in many anonymous ways.
See you in the Tent,
Kate
