A consistent question I get is “What do I work on now?” There are a lot of elements that need developing in making a business profitable, easy to run, and something you love.
When you’re either new, in early stages of business development, or the business has just been limping along, there are four fundamental elements I make sure all of our clients have in place, before they get too caught up in fancier stuff.
No matter how long you’ve been in business, it’s good to make sure all four of these are solid, because everything, everything else you do in the business rests on these.
None of them is technically hard, but they can all be challenging, for specific reasons.
