Avoiding agitation in sales

There are a LOT of charlatans in my industry of business development. And a hallmark of people’s response to their offers (other than simply holding their nose and turning away) is agitation.

If you’re agitated… don’t buy. There’s more to it than that, and it’s useful to think about both to protect yourself, and in terms of how you’re making your own offers, even if you have fantastic intentions.
