Shame stops so many people from being bold, or clear, or even just being themselves in business.
Shame is painfully common in our culture, and it stops so many people who can and should be successful from following their guidance, from expressing themselves fully, from stepping fully into their business. And often the very people who we need most to be out there in the world, shining brightly.
After more than twenty years of working with thousands of clients, including my own personal struggles, my Sufi teachers have helped me have a very different take on shame. And it’s a suprisingly easy one that can help sidestep a lot struggle in the healing process..
Rather than the usual 60-90 minute webinar, I wanted to make this easy. 30 minutes. About 10 minutes of teaching, a short process, a question or three, and we’re done!

Two common approaches to shame that both miss.
First approach that misses: Try to ignore it.
Put on a mask, smile through it, and you’ll get there. Except you don’t, and shame still ends up stopping so many people in painful ways.
Second approach that misses: Do endless healing work focused on the shame.
Although people can and do make progress in their healing around shame, absolutely, another common experience is that working with shame feels like working with a mirage. It feels like progress is made, but then, POP, there it is again, full force, stopping you in your track.
