Here’s the simple truth: Many people love this time of year. Many people do not love this time of year.
For some there’s the joy of loved ones and special times.
For others, trauma, loneliness, and a host of painful emotions.
For yet others, this time of year can be ordinary, because the calendar they follow, the holidays they celebrate, doesn’t coincide with the Christian Christmas holiday, or the Gregorian end-of-year.
So many experiences we’re having as humans!
I want you to know that all of you is welcome. Wherever you are, however you are spending this period of time, I pray that your heart knows you are cared-for, that love is available.
In our Learning Community we have a library of over 150 guided Remembrances, on all kinds of topics. Here’s a couple that might really nourish you now. Each one is about 15 minutes.
