A member of our Learning Community asked me recently about how to balance two things. One was her real desire to have flexibility in her schedule. Trainings and other opportunities she wanted to attend popped up for her regularly. For that reason, she resisted holding ongoing groups or classes, even though it would be a real benefit to her clients and her business.
I discussed this with her, and then after made this video. It’s seemingly a small point, but I think it points to a deeper issue in relationship with your business. So, I talk about the practicalities of what to do, and the deeper issue. All in about five minutes.
What’s your relationship to the tension in this dynamic? I’m curious if you’ve found creative ways to solve it, or if you’ve been stuck.

End of the year nourishment: Virtual Business Healing Retreat Dec. 2.
Healing, silence, depth, heart-connection are such critical ingredients to business. I know, I know, the long list of to-do’s usually claims all of our attention, but without the depth of heart connection, a lot of things can go wrong.
You can get overwhelmed, depleted, even sick. You can do a lot, but not with the clarity and guidance, so you end up running quickly down the wrong path.
Plus, the end of the year can just be a stressful time for so many.
Join me? I’ve led over 100 of these Virtual Retreats since 2005, and it’s a surprisingly powerful format. It’s priced at pay-from-the-heart, and I’d love you to get this kind of heart care.
