When your team gets between you and your clients

I know, you may not be at the point where you have the support of a team or admin person. But, this may be one of your concerns.

A client of mine had finally gotten a good team in place, and they were really handling so much. My client was climbing out of overwhelm… and then discovered that her own clients weren’t feeling comfortable sending personal check-ins, because her emails were also being seen by her team.

That can be very sticky. Of course they don’t feel comfortable, but if she gives them a private channel, her clients will probably also use it to ask for other things… and then she’s back in the middle.

What to do? I discuss it on this video, that will hopefully help you if you’re facing the same situation, or even just hoping to get your business to the point where you can be supported. That it is possible to have support and still have warmth and connection.

What’s your experience? Or questions? Or pushback?

Heart of Business, Inc.
Every act of business can be an act of love.

Money, Power and developing your business to have support.

While it’s true that the Heart of Money & Power doesn’t explicitly cover business development topics, like how to work with a team, or how to get to be able to work with a team.

What it does cover are the internal issues, and the practical pieces that may be standing between you and having a healthier relationship with money and power. With a healthier relationship, learning and implementing the practical stuff is So. Much. Easier.

The course pre-work is already available to those registered, and the first live call is this coming Tuesday. If you’re drawn, please join us, at Pay from the Heart pricing.
