In a recent Virtual Retreat I held in our Learning Community, a member was talking about how they resisted self-imposed structure or schedule, and it was really messing with their ability to get to what they needed to do in their business. And this feeling was echoed by many members.
This topic has come up repeatedly over the years, so let me address it the way I addressed it with them, with a lot of compassion, and two insights that can make all the difference.
Come walk with me. It was still hunting season, so I’m wearing an orange vest.
How does that land with you? Any unanswered challenges of your own?
with love and appreciation,

Every act of business can be an act of love.
p.s. Gift idea? Probably not getting someone else the course…
Sometimes you have a friend who is in business, and you want to get them something that will help. But, buying a whole course, or a tool… it’s tricky. It needs to resonate.
Much lower risk is to get them… a book! Yes, a book! And, by great good chance (and a lot of work) I happen to have written a book.
Heart Centered Business: Healing from toxic business culture so your small business can thrive, was an official Amazon best-seller, (top 10 in Self Employment), and has received some tremendous reviews and feedback.
If you have an entrepreneur or small business owner in your circles, get them the book. And, for yourself as well, why not?
You can find it here: Heart Centered Business
“If you’re an entrepreneur seeking not just to succeed but to find love in your business, Mark Silver’s Heart Centered Business is the book for you. It’s an inspiring testament to the power of leading with love and falling in love with the business you’ve built.
“The book is a masterclass in love-infused leadership. It shows us the way to not only lead our businesses with love but also to fall in love with the business we nurture. A must-read for anyone seeking a deeper connection with their entrepreneurial journey.”
