A key element in expanding your reach so your business can be full of clients is to actually get things out the door. Finishing offers and launching them. Creating content and having it seen or read.
I’m going to guess that you’ve been thinking about getting something out the door for a while. Maybe it’s 50% or 70% or 90% done, but it’s still not out the door. That dang perfection gene runs rampant in entrepreneurs like us.
The challenge of perfection is that perfection is a quality of the Divine, not a human quality. Perfection is beyond the effort of our own will, meaning there’s always a little more to do toward perfection.
The antidote to perfection is to have your business stuff just be good enough.
Being good enough and being consistent is the key to expanding your reach and achieving other business goals. Check out the imperfect video and share your comments about perfection and getting your projects out the door.
Ready to get out the door and expand your reach?
Almost all of the tasks and projects related to expanding your reach invite the curse of perfectionism, because they leave you so vulnerable. This is why so many people avoid the things they know will expand their reach in significant ways.
We want you to get everything you need out the door, in great shape, in ways that are effective, and without taking too long to get it done. That’s why we’re offering both the The Foundations2: Expand Your Reach mini series as well as the full six-month program.
The simple concept here is that if you reached enough people, then your business would be much more consistently full.
We’ve had about 1000 join us for this series. Why not jump in and get help to expand your reach?
Last week was the free call! People wrote in the most amazing things afterward about how touched they were, and how much clarity they had about what needed to be done. You can listen to it right now. You just have to join the mini-series.

Very nice. Just what I need. Thank you. I’ll practice imperfection too. It’ll be much more fun than trying to attain perfection, for sure!
This was just the nudge I needed today Jason. I loved watching this video because you were having so much fun with it. I recently did a video for a program I launched and it was anything but fun. I’ve been procrastinating getting back on camera because of it. This reminded me to just do it!
@Amy YEAH for IMPERFECTION! Imagine how much we could accomplish.
@Cathy Together is Better let’s have some fun creating videos and bring the play back into it.
Thanks, I love this it started my day with a laugh. I love authenticity. It feels great to get things completed and also reminds me of a vlogging family who recently sold their business for millions after doing a video every day for years about their family.
@Lisa. Glad I could add a chuckle to your day. More to come 🙂
Practice doesn’t make perfect, practice makes amazing and in my book that’s great.
@Gary – You are right on!
