Absolutely.
At the end of December-early January, I also scheduled myself 3 weeks of unproductive time – from the week before x-mas until Jan. 9. (A kiwi-holiday, as Sean calls them)
The importance of this time was mind-boggling. Not only did I have to keep a notebook with me at all times (imagine cooking xmas dinner and having to stop kneading the bread to write something down!), but kept a dictaphone just in case I didn’t have the time to write all of it out..
So many of my projects have come into full-view because of this time. And, it’s so much easier to just be in my business, working on my business, and living life.
Life is easier with time 🙂
