I have resisted blogging for a long time. Well… resisted isn’t exactly the right word.
I had my own strategies for connecting with folks, and building my business from my heart. I had seen and experienced blogging as a really fun and interesting way to connect, and a bit of a time-waster, too.
I’m convinced. My friend and colleague Dawud Miracle, as well as a bunch of people from The Business Oasis (our heart-centered online business community), have shown me the power of blogging. Yea, I am a believer.
So, I’m going to start being in conversation in the larger world.
What convinced me? A two things.
The Tent.
Strangely enough, the online forum at The Business Oasis, and the power of being in conversation with folks who resonate as strongly as I do with what my business is bringing, has created a wonderful sense of belonging.
It’s kind of a ‘doh’ but, the conversation about healing the heart of business is a large one, and I wanted to contribute, and to learn, from an even larger ocean.
Dawud Miracle
Dawud is a healer as well as a web site designer. He is a master marketing strategist as well as a huge-hearted person. He wanted to learn about blogging, and he did.
The things I’ve learned from him about blogging, just in casual conversation over the last few months, have been amazing. He’ll be talking about it soon, I’m sure. He’s also an irrepressible teacher. 🙂
Now, I’m just trying to worm my way onto his schedule so he can integrate my blog into my website design. 🙂
