Day eight! It’s like the end of Hanukah, except there’s one more day. 🙂
Today was my day to experiment with B roll. If you don’t know what b roll is, watch this video that BrantC showed me.
Today I dug into strategy, spirituality, living in the moment, and planning. In other words… is strategy spiritual or not?
Enjoy. Any of you inspired enough to do a video challenge too?

Suuuuucks. Smak! We got that B-roll. Love it.
Thanks in part to your inspiration I’m embarking on a video series on the stages of loving-kindness meditation. I tried doing extemporaneous videos like you’ve been doing [not good] and remembered this series has been on my Someday/Maybe list far too long.
BTW, one of my cats nearly made an appearance today. It’s just a matter of time.
Thanks for all the good you do. <3 Mahala
Don’t judge the B roll. I’m so jazzed you jumped in! Woo-hoo! I’m looking forward to seeing your cats in your lovingkindness meditation.
Thanks so much Mark for really showing me and others how to show up and just do it. I love how your heart presence flows through to inspire. Most of all I love your humanness. There is something so much more powerful in seeing you speak. Thank you for the challenge. May you always be blessed with the peace and abundance that you so graciously mirror to us.

Thank you, Carol Anne. I really appreciate that coming from you.
Hi Mark,
Well, I’ll accept your challenge to take on a challenge. Actually, I already have in a way starting a 3 part video series this past week before learning of your vid challenge.
I felt like an ideal way to introduce the Virtual Video Coach — an online coaching program guiding people through the Life On Purpose Process to their Divinely Inspired Purpose — was a virtual video series itself.
So, you’re on. I feel the urge to expand the series beyond the scheduled 3 parts, so thanks for the nudge. The series is airing online at:

BTW, thoroughly enjoying your series as well. I concur, something else gets communicated with the added visual input.

Woo-hoo! There you go. Another one jumping in. You rock.
Love, love, love the B-roll. Video has such a long history of being sparkly, glossy and totally detached from real life. It’s good to see real human beings dealing with real issues … even more so because I can relate 🙂
Don’t judge the B-roll! Glad you liked it. Thank you, Kelly.
