When facing our issues and tangles in business, there’s this middle ground that is sometimes ignored.
At one end there’s personal transformation and improvement work that’s done on the individual level with our issues. At the other end is the union with Oneness, the Source of Love, the spiritual healing that can clear our hearts in amazing ways.
And yet… and yet… there’s this tangle that can happen in the middle. It’s the tangle of groups, of family systems, of lineage. These carry an energy that can’t really be untangled individually, and I haven’t always seen it attended to in various approaches to spiritual healing.
It’s why I want to introduce you to Leslie Nipps. I’ve known Leslie for years, she’s a long-time member of our Learning Community, and is an incredibly skilled and big-hearted facilitator of Family Constellation work.
My wife Holly and I first encountered Family Constellations more than two decades ago, and were stunned by how effective it is for getting at family and system dynamics. We did a lot of that work.
