The biggest issue my most successful clients worked on this year

As the year winds down, I wanted to share one of the most common issues I worked with my individual clients on.

These are folks who are, many of them, running small organizations that are making multiple six figures a year.

And nearly all of them struggle with the ability to step out of the overwhelm of the day-to-day. The first priority is not growth. The first priority was how to create more spaciousness for them without decreasing revenue.

Spaciousness allowed them access to being the leaders they needed to be. To being strategic, visionary, to making the decisions with clarity and guidance and wisdom.

Even more, it allowed them to find what the dream was in their heart, and the clarity to go for those dreams. When you’re super busy all the time, how do you even know what your dreams are?

I was reviewing some older blog posts, and I find a video I made in 2017, that is both an activist history lesson, and it reinforces and deepens what I’m saying here.

For you, as you move toward 2021 with your business, what would it be like to make a commitment to spaciousness, rather than growth? Letting growth be something that arises out of spaciousness, rather than trying to grow yourself into spaciousness…. if you know what I mean?

Take a gander. It’s only about six minutes.

Whattya think? Are you up for a commitment to spaciousness?

With love,

Every act of business can be an act of love.

Tomorrow is the Tawba deadline for Heart of Money.

Part of having spaciousness in your life is removing the panic/urgency reaction. So many people have survival/panic/urgency reactions around money in their business… with good reason.

Yet, that reactivity may have your fears running the show, making quick, poor decision that keep you stuck or frozen.

Since 2002, our course The Heart of Money Transformational Journey, has helped thousands of business owners heal that panicked, urgent, reactivity and step into wisdom and strength around money.

The 2021 course begins in January. Tomorrow is a deadline to also receive the bonus Tawba healing call and workbook. There is a Sufi healing approach called Tawba that I use on nearly a daily basis, and that I taught earlier this month to everyone who was registered for Heart of Money.

You can get the recording and the materials to support you through the end of December and into the new year. Everyone who registers by tomorrow, Thursday, December 17, automatically gets access to that class and workbook.

The bonus is not a reason to sign up on its own. But, if you were considering joining the course anyway, it’s a good reason to join now, instead of waiting.

Take a look, and ask any questions you may have:

  1. What a great prayer!
For all of us to thrive so we can lean into one another!!!
    Amen!

Strategy is my middle name — anytime I daydream, I’m happily strategizing away. Because of this longstanding habit, I’m ironically benefiting immensely from the pressure to perform right now. The pandemic makes my old jobs no longer an option. I could fill several books with the amount of business/community education strategies I have come up with over the years. However, all great ideas break down into labor, and now is the time I had the time to labor with a bit of urgency to stay focused and stop strategizing indefinitely.

With the support from the Heart of Business Learning Community, this situation has been 100% positive stress — I’m implementing strategy like gangbusters! Here’s to strategizing as a pastime, without pressure to implement until the timing is Divine!!

  2. I love this. “This is an Uprising” is an amazing book – I’ve read it last year and it really did change the way I see social change. The video’s point of view on it regarding business strategy is very interesting!
