Hey Everyone, Judy Murdoch here.
I’m taking a little break as I prepare to pack and head out to a workshop I’m taking this weekend.
You might not think a workshop entitled, How to Walk with God, is the type of thing someone might take for business purposes.
However, in my own experience, the health of my business is surprisingly related to my spiritual practice.
One thing we’ll be discussing is how, when we lose heart, it colors the decisions we make and the actions we take. We can often end up inadvertently doing the very things that reinforce our sad, scary, or angry view of the world.
And rather than try to talk yourself out of feeling negative or thinking positive, we’ll be using practices to “get a spiritual second opinion” and heal so we open up to a different reality and a different set of options.
You can see now how this practice may be helpful for small business owners.
Okay, that’s all for now. Time to get back to packing.
